IDCSERVCO is a provider of limited "Business Services" to independently owned and operated sales companies in the office products marketing industry. Orders are assigned and processed under non-exclusive Service Agreements.

Services include: locating of merchandise; arranging for shipment of merchandise; invoice processing; financing of accounts receivable; collection of accounts receivable; and consumer assistance for processed transactions.

IDCSERVCO does not solicit orders from consumers or have authority or control over the Sales Company. The Sales Company assigns orders, solicited from its own customers, to IDCSERVCO, for the rendering of services.
